Common questions
What is the difference between T1 General and T1 First Class?

T1 General is the main car park, directly connected to the T1 terminal building with over 9,000 spaces. T1 First Class is on Level 2 of the same building but in the North area near Modules A to F. It gives you direct covered access to the departures level without going outside or using lifts. You pay more for the convenience of arriving right at check-in.

Are T1 and T2 connected?

No. T1 and T2 are separate terminals about 4km apart. A free inter-terminal shuttle runs between them. If you park at T1 but fly from T2 (or vice versa), allow time for the shuttle. Make sure you are booking the right car park for your terminal before you travel.

Is online booking cheaper?

Yes. Aena charges higher walk-up rates at all car parks. Booking at parking.aena.es or via the Aena app gives the best price. Aena Club members get additional discounts.

How long does the Long-Stay shuttle take?

The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes during operating hours (approximately 04:30 to 00:30 in high season, 05:00 to 00:00 October to March). The journey to T1 takes a few minutes. Check current hours at aena.es as schedules change seasonally.
