Park and fly at Munich Airport

EV charging and accessible parking
EV charging is confirmed at P3 (Level 03), P20 (Level 02), P30 (T2 Arrivals), P44 (Level 04), P51 (Level 01) and via the Valet E-Charge Service at Terminal 2. Barrier-free spaces are in all car parks with lifts or same-level terminal access. Holders of a German disability card with code aG, BI or H park free for under 5 hours. Over 5 hours receives a 50% discount. Claim this discount at the Parking Office in Munich Airport Centre, Level 03.

Common questions
Which car park is best for Terminal 1?

P1, P2, P3 and P4 are all underground garages directly under Terminal 1, typically a 2 to 5 minute walk. P3 also has EV charging on Level 03. All have a maximum online booking period of 7 days. For longer stays, P7 (multi-storey opposite T1) is the recommended option.

Which car park is best for Terminal 2?

P20 and P26 are covered garages a few minutes from T2 and the Munich Airport Centre. P26 has direct elevator access to the Hilton Munich Airport. P20 has EV charging on Level 02.

How does the free transfer from economy lots work?

Economy lots P41, P42, P43, P44 and P48 are served by bus line 635 every 10 minutes from 03:42 to 00:52. When you pay for parking, the ticket covers the bus transfer to both T1 and T2. P51, P90 and P50 use the S-Bahn (S1/S8) from the Besucherpark stop — the parking ticket also covers this leg.

Is there EV charging in the economy lots?

Yes. P44 has EV charging on Level 04 and P51 has EV charging on Level 01. The Valet E-Charge service at Terminal 2 sends a staff member to charge your car while you are away.

Is there a height restriction in the economy lots?

Most covered economy lots (P43, P44, P51, P90) have a 2.0m maximum height restriction. P41 and P42 are open-air with a 2.0m limit for standard bays. P50 has dedicated spaces for campervans and vehicles up to 8.0m in length.
