How does parking work at Orly?

Orly’s parking is operated by ADP (Groupe ADP). The zones range from a covered underground car park directly under the terminal to open-air long-stay fields. Meet and Greet is available for both terminal halls.

P0 Souterrain
Underground car park directly beneath the terminal. No external walk required. The most convenient and most expensive option.

P1 to P4
Covered and semi-covered multi-storey car parks within a short walking distance of each terminal hall. Mid-range pricing.

P5 and P7 Long Stay
Open-air long-stay fields served by a free shuttle bus. P7 is the furthest and cheapest option for extended trips.

Voiturier (Meet and Greet)
A driver collects your car at the terminal drop-off and returns it on your arrival. Available for both Orly 1 and Orly 2.

Book in advance
Booking through the ADP website at least a week ahead typically reduces costs significantly versus paying at the barrier.

Terminal proximity matters
Match your car park to your departure terminal (Orly 1 or Orly 2). The two halls are separate; allow time to navigate if you are unsure.

Understanding each parking zone

Zone choice depends on your trip length, terminal, and how much walking you want to do.

Underground, lift access
P0 Souterrain

The underground car park is directly beneath the terminal building, connected by lifts. No outdoor walking in any weather. The most convenient option but carries the highest daily rate. Best suited to short stays or arrivals.

Best for: arrivals and 1-2 day trips

Covered, 5-10 min walk
P1, P2 and P3

Covered multi-storey car parks a short walk from the terminal entrances. A good balance of price and convenience for trips of one to five days. Match the car park to your terminal hall when booking.

Best for: 2-5 day trips

Shuttle, 10-15 min
P5 and P7 Long Stay

Open-air surface car parks served by a free shuttle bus. P7 is the furthest and lowest cost. Suitable for trips of five days or more. Allow 20 to 25 minutes total for the shuttle and walk to check-in.

Best for: trips over 5 days

Frequently asked questions
How early should I arrive at Orly?
Allow at least two hours before a short-haul departure. If using P5 or P7, add 20 to 25 minutes for the shuttle and walk. Security at Orly can be congested during morning peaks, particularly for domestic and EU routes which dominate the schedule. Arriving with time to spare is strongly recommended.
What is the difference between Orly 1 and Orly 2?
Orly 1 (formerly Orly West) mainly handles Air France domestic flights and some European routes. Orly 2 (formerly Orly South) handles international and most other carriers. Check your boarding pass for the correct terminal hall. The two halls are separate and a transfer between them takes 10 to 15 minutes by free shuttle bus.
Is P7 Long Stay worth the shuttle?
For stays of five days or more, yes. The rate difference over P0 or P1 is significant over longer durations and the shuttle is free and runs frequently. For a one or two day stay, the convenience of P0 or P1 is usually worth the extra cost.
Can I book parking at Orly in advance?
Yes, and it is recommended. Booking through the official ADP website (parisaeroport.fr) typically unlocks lower rates than paying at the barrier. The earlier you book, the better the rate. Cancellation terms vary by fare type selected at checkout.
Is there a free drop-off zone at Orly?
There is a dedicated drop-off zone at each terminal hall for quick passenger drop-offs. A short grace period applies before charges begin. For anything longer than a few minutes at the kerbside, the P0 short-stay rate is more appropriate. Check the current drop-off zone signage on arrival as the layout has changed following recent works.
