Transport from Vienna Airport

The CAT (City Airport Train) is the fastest option and includes a city check-in service at Wien Mitte, letting you drop bags before returning to the airport. The S7 covers the same route at a fraction of the price.

City timing note
The CAT is 16 minutes each way. You need a 45-60 min security buffer before your flight. Under 3 hours leaves very little time in the city. Use the VIENNA Lounge instead — it is genuinely one of the best airport lounges in Europe.

Solo The VIENNA Lounge is worth the walk-in fee if you are not Priority Pass. The Leopold Museum artwork alone makes it unusual.
