The CAT (City Airport Train) is the fastest option and includes a city check-in service at Wien Mitte, letting you drop bags before returning to the airport. The S7 covers the same route at a fraction of the price.

City timing note
The CAT is 16 minutes each way. You need a 45-60 min security buffer before your flight. Under 3 hours leaves very little time in the city. Use the VIENNA Lounge instead — it is genuinely one of the best airport lounges in Europe.
Solo The VIENNA Lounge is worth the walk-in fee if you are not Priority Pass. The Leopold Museum artwork alone makes it unusual.

The City Airport Train station at Wien Mitte has a check-in desk where you can drop bags and receive your boarding pass before travelling to the airport. Is the VIENNA Lounge in T1 or T3?
The VIENNA Lounge is in T1. The SKY Lounge is in T3. Both accept Priority Pass. If your flight departs from T3, use the SKY Lounge to avoid crossing to T1 after your lounge visit. Check which terminal your gate is in before choosing.
Can I use the Zzzleepandgo pods without booking?
